Standing Orders September 4, 2009
My fellow Masters will get a kick out of this one. As captains, we all issue “Standing Orders” that are read and signed by our crew. No big deal on an American ship that has actual Americans aboard. Try and do this on an American ship where you are the only one who speaks English.A bit more complicated. But I pulled it off, thanks to the interwebs and The Google.
